This section provides information and definition of a fresh cutting at EZ Clones.
Fresh cuttings are just that. Cut the day of shipping with no roots. These are not whole plants under the law and are incapable of being a plant until they get roots.
We have been advised that the sale of rooted clones at approximate costs is also legal as the interchange for private parties. Therefore we offer rooted clones to Spain on the basis of our costs and private interchange. EZClones is a member of the appropriate Barraca's De Maria, or Cannabis clubs and a registered user in Spain.
